Group purpose:
A radically different way of understanding menopause, not as something to “get through,” but as an initiation into deeper wisdom, clarity, and self‑authority.
This group is for those seeking depth, reflection, and embodied meaning‑making around menopause, beyond symptom management and toward wholeness.
This group is for people in peri-, menopause, or post-menopause who are curious about experiencing this life stage as a time of inner listening, clarity, and transformation rather than decline. It may be especially supportive for those feeling emotionally, physically, or spiritually unsettled by hormonal changes; questioning dominant medical or cultural narratives about aging; or sensing a call toward deeper self-trust and authenticity. The group welcomes those drawn to reflective, body-based, and relational exploration and is inclusive of diverse identities and experiences of menopause.
This group is grounded in decolonial feminist thought, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a psycho‑spiritual framework. Together, we explore menopause as a powerful threshold where inner knowing becomes louder, clearer, and more trustworthy.
Through gentle somatic practices, parts‑informed reflection, and collective witnessing & storytelling, participants are supported in:
