We will cover the basics of forming sustainable healthy habits that contribute to our physical and mental wellbeing. We will cover topics on food choices, basic nutrition, stress management, self-care, behavioral changes, mindfulness, play & adventure and goal setting.

Our holistic approach includes an initial interview and customized plan that combines physical activity, mental health/behavioral approaches, disease prevention, and nutritional choices.
