We can explore lifestyle barriers to forming sustainable healthy habits that can contribute to our physical and mental health. Some of the topics we explore includes stress management, basic nutrition, exercise, self-care, behavioral changes, mindfulness, purpose, play & adventure and goal setting.
We will go over various forms of active living, exercise and how to adhere to long term physical activity for improving both physical and mental health. We offer integrative lifestyle coaching that include a combination of physical activity and behavioral approaches based on your needs and goals.
