This plan is for anyone that wants to swim, bike, run, kayak, SUP, hike for fitness and long-term wellbeing. This plan is not geared towards competing but towards achieving a healthy balance of fitness, mind-body connection, off-season load, transitioning to a normal load of fitness activity, combining other cross training options and holistic practices.

We will get you off the couch and competing in your first short course (sprint) triathlon(s). Great for beginners and folks starting out from other disciplines like running, swimming, and other sports.
(4* to 12 month plans for short course)
This plan is for ladies that have a few short course races under their belts and want to get faster or want to move up to Olympic distance triathlon.

This plan is for beginner or returning long course triathlon for half (70.3) ironman or ironman (140.6) distance races.

Individual sport training plans for swim, bike or run. For the competitive or non-competitive athlete.
Individual or small group (3-4 max) swimming lessons for new swimmers. Scared of the water? Develop basic floating, safety and swimming skills in the water. (USMS Certified Adult Learn to Swim coach). Experience with new swimmers.
$20/per individual lesson
($10/each for groups of 3-4)
